Jesse Craddock, age 40, was charged with murder for killing his infant daughter.

According to the Lebanon Police Department, Craddock had consumed fentanyl and collapsed on to his daughter, who then died from suffocation.

Tom Swink and Justin Harris prosecuted the case.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty.
